Can I choose the cuts in my beef box?
Our specialty boxes like the Hungry Cowboy Box and Grilling Variety Box have pre-selected cuts to provide a range of flavors and uses. For whole and half cow orders, customization options are available.
How is the beef shipped?
Our beef is professionally packed, sealed, and frozen to ensure freshness. We offer free shipping for certain orders and detailed tracking information will be provided. Local pickup available upon request.
What is your refund policy?
Deposit is nonrefundable. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason please contact us so that we can discuss options to make it right.
Is your beef grass-fed or grain-finished?
We offer both options! Our standard beef is pasture-raised and grain-finished with non-GMO grain, but we also have a selection of 100% grass-fed beef.
